Binst Breeding & Selection is one of the oldest potato companies in Belgium and has a rich history. Since its creation, it has grown to be the largest potato trading company in the country. Today, Binst Breeding & Selection focuses exclusively on multiplication of seed potatoes. We advise, guide and monitor our growers all year round with new and upcoming varieties. The official inspection service certifies our seed potatoes: Offering quality to our customers is the main focus of our attention!
Thanks to its many years of experience, Binst Breeding & Selection has developed an excellent nose for new potato varieties. The range of varieties is regularly adjusted thanks to the close cooperation with breeding stations in the Netherlands, Germany and Scotland. Our team is looking for varieties that can appeal to customers in as many areas as possible.

Binst Breeding & Selection is, above all, a family business: "Always has & always will be". Our worldwide expertise in seed potatoes has been built up over 4 generations, with sweat and tears. That is why we want to focus purely on seed potato cultivar. This is where our strength and added value lie. We have grown with the potato varieties from our youth, but have to actively invest in better and stronger varieties for the future.
